We are looking for committed and motivated candidates for a position as Postdoctoral Researcher (m/f/d) in our team. The research focuses on empirical and design-oriented research in the areas of service systems, decision support, business process management, and information management. You will also develop and submit proposals for research projects and collaborate with industrial partners.

Your tasks

  • Empirical and design-oriented research in the areas of service systems, decision support, business process management and information management
  • Designing and submitting proposals for research projects and conducting commissioned research in collaboration with industry partners.
  • Collaboration in cutting-edge research projects on topics, e.g., predictive process analytics, process mining, smart service systems, platform ecosystems
  • Teaching different Bachelor’s and Master’s courses

Your profile

  • A PhD in Wirtschaftsinformatik / Information Systems, industrial engineering, business administration or related disciplines
  • Passion for new technologies and trends
  • Knowledge in the application of design-oriented, qualitative or quantitative research methods
  • Openness to working with partners from science and practice to solve real-world problems
  • Very good command of English and German
  • Strong ability to work in a team
  • Interest in at least one of the following topics:
  • Business Process Management
  • Service Systems
  • Decision Support
  • Information Management
